Here’s a polished, professional, and heartfelt review based on everything you shared. I kept it honest, detailed, and structured so it reads clearly and leaves a strong impression: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review I usually avoid used car dealerships altogether, so this was my first real experience with one — and it completely changed my perspective. I came in knowing what I wanted and what maintenance the truck needed to have had done beforehand. They were upfront, transparent, and let me verify everything myself. I test drove the truck, they test drove my trade-in, and we came to a very fair compromise on trade value. Absolutely zero pressure the entire time. It’s a family-run, generational business, and that really shows. But the real reason I’m writing this review is what happened after the sale — when most dealerships would have disappeared. 1. The truck was dirty when I bought it, and before I could even say anything, he acknowledged it and offered a full detail at no charge, after the sale. 2. A few days later I realized the jack and tools were missing. Again, no pushback at all — they ordered brand new ones for me immediately. 3. And the big one: three weeks after buying the truck, I had serious transmission issues. The exact issue I had verified as “already serviced” before buying it. Last Chance Diesel had the truck for a month and didn’t even look at it for the first two weeks. When they finally did, they said they couldn’t replicate the problem. Later they told me the TCM was “backordered” and quoted me around $2,000+, with zero mention of a recall. The entire time, after the sale, Tristan kept checking in with genuine concern. When I told him what Last Chance Diesel said, he called it out immediately. He arranged towing to Hansen Chevrolet in Brigham City, and in 8 days my truck was repaired and back in my hands — under a Chevy recall for no cost. Meanwhile, the first shop was ready to charge me thousands for something covered by a recall. I went back and forth on what to write here, because I wasn’t sure how much of their above-and-beyond effort was “standard” versus just us clicking. But in an era where customer service is disappearing — especially in the used car world — this experience stood out in the best possible way. I’m guilty of rarely leaving reviews, but when a business earns your trust like this, they deserve recognition. Stellar service, nothing less. I’m extremely appreciative, and at this point I’m a customer for life. Thank you — I found trust in a place where there usually isn’t much. Robbie Sweeten
I bought a car here a few years ago. It was my first time buying one so I had no clue what I was doing and was super nervous! They were super helpful and made sure to help me find exactly what I was looking for that was in my price range. Tristan made sure I had no issues and went out of his way to provide excellent service! Will definitely buy from them when I'm ready to upgrade!
The best service I've ever had! I live 2.5 hours away. Ive had multiple vehicles from different dealerships, and none even come close to the professionalism these guys had. I can say it was worth the drive and the purchasing process was fast and they fixed any issue I had with the vehicle the day after purchase. 10/10 will buy my next car here.
I don’t give away five stars ratings. Roger’s Auto Sales earned it. I had been in the market for a used car for months to replace a 2000 Acura with 263,000 miles. The car would be for teens to learn to drive. I had very strict criteria that the car had to meet before I bought and if the car didn’t meet the criteria I walked away. I personally inspected 25 cars before buying from Roger’s. Here’s the criteria: 1) IHS five star crash test 2) Reliability and able to reach 250,000 miles with proper maintenance 3) Non smoker 4) Clean car fax with zero accidents 5) Under $10,000 6) Pass my own inspection (oil, coolant, brakes, bulbs, tires, belts and hoses, OBD2 check, every single button, etc.) So they were selling a 2013 Hyundai Element that had 41,000 miles. It met the first 5 requirements, but would it pass my final inspection? Roger’s Auto Sales was very accommodating and let me do my thing and take as much time as I needed. I found foot problems with the car (owners manual was missing, the tire jack was missing, it needed new wiper blades, and there was a lot of brake noise). They fixed all of those issues (ordered the manual from Ebay), and I walked out with the car I had been searching for! The only thing I think they could do better is to detail the car and maybe wash it and fill it with gas when you buy. But not a huge deal to me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car that isn’t junk!
There is nobody I would trust more than Tristan at Roger’s Auto sales. He was professional kind and has always gone the extra mile for me and my Family. He was willing to answer every question I had and Took My concerns very seriously. Was able to give me my car in pristine condition with A full tank, detailed, And a third-party auto inspection. When my family needs a car, we’ll go to him first every time.
