My 03 bugeye WRX is my baby. Elizabeth and Jake, not from State Farm, are the absolute best. I had some extensive maintenance upkeep maintenance done. The Check Engine light came on a short time after. Normally a time to be over stressed out that my baby would need more repairs and more money out of pocket. NOT THE CASE. Elizabeth caudled my baby in her caring arms and found the issue. NO MORE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. Quick, efficient and affordable care of my baby. Five stars are not enough. Oh yeah cant forget Ted and Shay, I believe that is her name, the Technicians who turn the wrenches. I truly can't recommend this service department enough!! Thank You for understanding my needs and ALWAYS going above and beyond!!¡

We were and are satisfied customers to having a loaner car made available to us, during longer service periods. I recently needed maintenance work on my 2015 Outback. I want to tell you (I am 70), it has been a long time since I have experienced customer service like I received at Rogers Subaru in Hermiston. I had called and given them an estimate of what I wanted done. They did not try to up-sell me on any of their services, had a bottle of water and a loaner car there for me as I drove in (thank you Jacob). When finished, they were able to do the work under budget (mine and theirs) and within the time-frame quoted. I was and still am amazed- To top it off, I told them I wanted to buy their loaner car for my wife. Tiffany, you are wonderful! Thank you for your skillful, honest work and putting up with my sarcasm through the entire sales process. Those that know me, know I hate paperwork and you made it nearly effortless. Always receive outstanding service. Elizabeth always greets me with a smile and positive vibe it’s infectious. Everyone in the service department is polite and professional! Ted was my service technician and did a great job I really appreciated the inspection video of my car!

Made an appointment to get a new key programmed and a safety recall for my airbags, when it came time for the safety recall Elizabeth hunte, “service advisor” stated the technicians would need to take out the vents to get to them, I said okay, then she proceeded to inform me stating if the vents break during the recall process we are not liable for fixing them or the damage. I was confused at first and when I asked why she stated oh it’s because it’s a 2008 vehicle. I declined due to the fact she claimed they wouldn’t be liable for any damages which is wrong. Also she put in my paperwork saying I declined service because of vents breaking but left out the part where she stated they aren’t responsible for any “damages”. I would like a manager to reach out to make this right but if not that’s okay, I have no issue reporting this situation to the attorney general office.
