An absolute amazing experience. My wife and I were looking for a new rig and ended up falling in love with a 26’ Camry XSE with the red interior. Our Salesman was Jasen Hinshaw and Alexus - both were terrific. Jasen didn’t just want to sell a car, he wanted to create an ever lasting bond, which he did. My wife and I were excited to join the Toyota family and have and have a place where we trust our vehicles being serviced at. We will definitely be forever buying our cars here. Not only was Jasen an amazing man, he wanted us to be happy in a car we’d always turn around and look at. Happy to be part of this amazing family.

First off, we live in Lynden WA just by the Canadian border, and bought a truck from here without having seen it in person, which is a thurough process. During this, Blair was responsive, helpful, and professional while also being very personable. Rebecca from financing was also very kind, reassuring, and helpful. Blair answered all my questions promptly, was responsive throughout the whole process (even after the money was sent), sent countless videos, and dealt with all the small nit-picky details I asked to be ironed out. Overall, having dealt with your typical car buying experience (kind and assuring to your face to then take your money and ghost you), I am pleased to share that Rogers Toyota is truly what they say they are. I purchased a Land Cruiser from this dealer and the process was simple, easy and friendly from begining to end. The staff from the sales manager to the service department and even the amazing female that completed all my finace paperwork was friendly and personable, they all made me feel like a person, not a number or a money tree to be picked. My sales person, Jake, was the nicest, most accomodating and honestly, probably the best "car salesman" I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He was responsive to my questions and made himself avaliable. I greatly appreciated him and the excellent service that he provided. Although it was a hike to Hermiston, if I ever need another car, I will definatly go back to this dealer.

We were only "looking" at vehicles and found one we liked. They gave us a reasonable price, fair trade in value for our rig, and they were going to install a hitch receiver as well. We began the purchasing process and part way through did not think it was the right vehicle. Their financial guy (Russell, I believe) stopped instead of pushing the sale. Which was great. Ultimately made a decision that we needed a different vehicle. We went back to the sales associate Jake (who was fantastic). It was serendipitous, we told them what we wanted and they had it. Took a little time changing gears, but they were super helpful and patient through the whole process. Highly recommend this dealership. Have many friends who also use this dealership repeatedly.
