Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Paramus

I have never experienced such a faulty , disorganized and horrible not accountable dealership in all my Years of buying luxury and exotic vehicles and not it’s like I have been taking this to RR Paramus many times this was the first time and i have been referred , I pisses a 2022 rolls Royce cullinan , they were issues with the door suction which was covered under the warranty and routine maintenance, MIND you I am very meticulously precise and I don’t mess with my vehicles I am a perfectionist when it comes to order , I took a video in every way in and out of the vehicle and full recording before my car left to go to service , the first time it came back when they were completed there was damaged to my car on the door as I have a special wrap on it all of which I have evidence of and I have all recordings which I spoke to Samantha and nick in the service department, no problem they came and pick the vehicle back up BECAUSE ON TOP OF THAT THE VEHICLE STILL WASNT FIXED AND CAME BACK DAMAGED , all which they tried to deny then I’m coming back and forth with millions of messages now when we had shown our proof they agreed to pay $1000 insulting my intelligence and taking multiple weeks to just wrap a door , now my car will look like a clown car because it’s gons be a diffent colors on the wrap and tone I explain to them this is a rolls Royce and not a Kia or Hyundai the whole car has to we wrap , while the SECOND TIME FROM in the shop and you won’t believe this I cannot make this up it came Back with damage BENEATH the vehicle MY SEATS WERE ALL MESSED UP WITH GREASE mind you this is a $400k truck you can’t make This stuff up then they have the AUDACITY TO TELL ME they didn’t need to go inside the truck , again insulting my intelligence how Do u fix a door suction if your not going inside of the car ? Anyways moving forward this dealer is yet to accept responsibility I have retained a lawyer and will be issuing and order with BERGEN COUNTY CIVIL PARTS ON THIS CIVIL MATTER until this issue is resolved and hopefully rolls Royce America corporate can intervene and help me out ,I don’t know how they treat clients with services and sales but this is no way in which you treat your clients ; moreover the solution which is not much to get done because it’s their wrong and I am not trying to make this a bit matter it’s only fair to me as a client and my vehicle I have been paying for this and it’s not cheap , all I looking to resolve this issue before it has to reach to the court .
