Rome Motors

I had a great experience at Rome Motors. They did my oil change, checked my coolant, and replaced my windshield washer fluid. I normally hate going to mechanics, but I actually felt comfortable here. The staff is super welcoming and friendly, and they explained everything without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. I definitely trust them with my car and will be coming back!

Rome Motors in Manchester did an outstanding job for me. I brought in both my Audi and my Chevy Tahoe, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. My Tahoe needed a full transmission replacement, which is never something you want to deal with, but their team handled it professionally and made the whole process smooth. What really impressed me is that they actually have an Audi specialist in-house. Not every shop can confidently work on both domestic and European vehicles, but these guys clearly know what they’re doing. They diagnosed everything quickly, explained everything clearly, and got the work done right. Their pricing was also the best I found around. I checked a few different places before committing, and Rome Motors was by far the most fair and transparent. Great service, knowledgeable technicians, and honest pricing. If you’re in the Manchester area and need work done on your vehicle, I highly recommend Rome Motors.

I came in to get my transmission done, and everyone I spoke with was amazing. From handling the ordering of my transmission to the install and getting me a rental car. Everything was great and if my transmission ever dies again I’m definitely coming back.

They put a junk transmission in my car and they know it. The transmission they put in died within the warranty and my car has been sitting there again for months. This time since march. The manager Brian said “you better give us a 5 star review because we lost money with you” excuse you?! Tom or someone needs to call me right away. There has been no communication. Weeks of us calling with 1 false promise of a call back and then it’s like they changed their number. If I could give less stars I would. You need to call me. You're connected with Aamco....

By far, the worst dealership/service department I have ever dealt with. 7 trips there to correctly replace a simple wheel bearing. 3 trips for a rear differential. Then they replaced my rear brakes and screwed up my ABS. 2 more trips and they still didn't fix. Then they stopped taking my calls. Aside from Ben, who i think is a good guy, this place is awful. Take your business elsewhere
