I had a great experience with Ron Bouchard Chrysler Dodge Ram while my Jeep was in for a hybrid battery recall. Even though the process took longer than expected and a few issues came up along the way, the service team was incredibly accommodating, professional, and kind. They provided a loaner vehicle, helped me when I had an issue with the loaner, and when my check engine light came on after the repair, they took the Jeep back in, assessed it, fixed the additional issue, and didn’t charge me anything. Julie at the front service desk was especially kind, helpful, and professional every step of the way. The whole team made an inconvenient situation much easier to deal with. I’m very grateful for their service and would definitely recommend them.
