Made car buying less stressful and even pleasant. Thanks again Amendment to review. While the sales was fantastic, as of this review this dealership has chose not to pay off my trade in as agreed. It has been well over 29 days since I bought this vehicle. This causes an undue hardship of having to pay for two car payments one for my new car and one that is in their possession as my trade in. Unacceptable, unprofessional, possibly illegal. Very disappointed.

Best experience I’ve had here so far. They performed my requested service, didn’t try to upsell me additional services (aside from recommend services in the web notification). Provided an overview video from the tech’s POV as service was performed. Inspection report and service order visible and available for download as service is completed and able to view before closing out at the desk. Asked no questions when I requested the coupon price from their website. Immediately adjusted my service order with no pushback. Honestly a great experience. Appreciate it, guys.
