# Summary The dealership receives mixed feedback, with some customers praising exceptional service responsiveness and efficient vehicle purchases, while others report frustration with service department availability, diagnostic limitations, and restrictive trade-in policies that discourage direct sales. These contrasting experiences suggest inconsistency in customer service quality and business practices across different departments.
Great experience. Needed roadside assistance at end of day. The service department went out of their way to get my truck in and addressed. Excellent feedback about the issue and a very positive attitude by all the shop. Much appreciated!
GIVE THIS DEALER A ZERO IF I COULD! MY SISTER IS IN TOWN FOR MY NEPHEWS BABSEBALL GAME.AND YOU CANT EVEN RUN A CHECK AS TO WHY THE ENGINE LIGHT IS ON!!! HOW ARE YOU EVEN STILL OPEN AND A DEALER POOR SERVICE!
I've been looking for a new Chevy dealership to purchase new cars and get them serviced at. I went here and asked about getting an oil change in one I own now. They asked where I bought it at. After telling them a place that wasn't there I was told they wouldn't be able to get in for about a month because only 2 people work in the service department. I could count 4 standing back there. Safe to say I won't be getting any service done here let alone purchasing a car.
This was the best car buying experience I had. These guys are great. Drove in 3 hours for a new truck since they were the only one i can find that had the model and trim i wanted within 500miles of me. They had everything ready for me and I was in and out of there super quick.
My wife and I were interested in purchasing a new vehicle from Keith. We were offered less on the trade at Davidson that what we were offered by a dealer looking to buy our vehicle outright. We decided that financially it would be better for us to sell it outright. Keep in mind we were not asking for any discount buying the new 72,000.00 vehicle. The response was we are not selling the vehicle outright we need trades. I responded so if someone does not have a trade you will not sell a vehicle and he said that's right. He also said he could sell that vehicle 10,000 over sticker because of the vehicle shortages. I was floored that you would even consider saying that. As a business owner myself I would never imagine telling someone that. I can assure you that when I need to replace one of my 7 business vehicles or any of my personal vehicles Davidson Chevrolet will not be considered. I guess Smail Auto Group in Greensburg and John Stuckey Ford gets our business. Keep in mind consumers if you don't have a trade, they won't take your money. Consider other dealerships who want your business. Shame on you!! UPDATE TO YOUR REPSONE: The story is exactly how it is written and both sides were displayed in my words and yours. You admitted that you could not meet what we wanted for our vehicle. Not a demand. It's our vehicle just like your vehicle is yours! Did I ask for a reduced cost or was I willing to buy it for what you were asking on the sticker price? If I wasn't getting more elsewhere than you were offering do you think I would have not traded? Thats a simple answer to your question. If you sell direct to the customer what was the problem? You would not believe how nice we were treated at Smail GMC in Greensburg. They were willing to take our money with or without a trade. Thanks for doing us a favor Sir.
