I decided to trade in my Mazda 3 for a SUV. I work closely with Ron Hodgson in my professional life. I work with an amazing gentleman there Glenn Twiggie . One day he had a car for sale (used) that was loaned to him from Ron Hodgson. I took a ride back to work in it and wanted to buy it right away. The quality of the vehicle is excellent the condition of the interior is like new. Glenn T went above and beyond for me . He is an amazing representitive for the company who is always looking out for the client. Ben, Corey and Mike (Sales) & Mike (Finance) are the dream team at Ron Hodgson Chevrolet GMC. Ben was able to turn a terrible experience at a different dealership into a memorable one that I will never forget. He listened to me for about 20 minutes on the phone rant about how I was mistreated and validated my concerns and didn’t rush me off the phone (even though he probably should have given the amount I can rattle off when angry). It was nice to be heard by someone on the other side. He took his time, presented all our options and when it came time for us to pick the vehicle up he was very flexible with our pick up options. Corey (the beard!) all though in the same position as Ben and could be focusing on trying to get every sale he can. Corey always will stop and chat and see how me and my family are doing even though the car sale didn’t go to him. This is a testament to his character as a person but also his integrity as a sales person. Corey embodies the culture at Ron Hodgson. Mike (Sales Manager) - Mike was very helpful in presenting our options for post sale care of the vehicle, he was able to find a solution to a problem that we had with the timing of the purchase which proved invaluable. Mike (Finance) - Mike from finance eased our concerns of buying at a dealership as he meets you with his bubbly personality, he was able to relate to us on a personal level and even told us real life examples to help us decide on what things to purchase and what things we may want to choose to leave out of the deal. Mike was very knowledgeable and a master of the numbers ensuring that every penny is explained. He also was not pressure focused on warranty and loading up the deal with things that were not of value. Overall all the staff there are amazing and everyone has a friendly face/energy when you walk in. My wife and I purchased our Buick Envista back in March of 2025 and have still been helped by the team till this day.
