Kate was AMAZING! I brought both my vehicles in on the same day for recalls which involved switching them out 1/2 way through the day while I was working. I wasn’t sure I knew what I was doing but Kate kept me on track and let me know what was going on every step of the way! She also let me know I needed inspections and oil changes which ultimately saved me from needing to bring them back again! Would recommend!

Thank-you Christy for your patience over the last couple of months. Thank-you Jobie for trying to find me the blue Jeep I really wanted. You found one but it just wasn’t “the one” & it didn’t speak to me. After taking one look at the Grand Cherokee, I finally found my perfect Jeep. One that will last me a very long time. I dealt mainly with service representative Mason for the recall repair on my 2025 Pacifica (Braunability). They ordered the required parts, contacted me when available and worked around my schedule of availability. Vehicle repairs took slightly longer than expected due to complexity of conversion which is understandable. Mason was very helpful, well spoken and professional. Dealership looked new and clean. Vehicle was delivered quickly and freshly washed. I will be using them again without hesitation. Thank you to all involved.

I try not to leave a review based on one bad experience to an establishment. This, however, had several bad experiences. Had my 2014 ram 1500 inspected last spring. They noted that breaks were needed. I elected to do the work myself, after dealership quoted high as expected. Found that breaks still had a lot of life left in them, but decided to let it slide and replace them anyway just to finish inspection. Fast forward to late summer and scheduled a complete service with Axel oils. Cost me roughly $600. Less than a month later, I experienced noise in the front end, figured a wheel bearing. I drove it to a local shop for a quick inspection, they advised that this truck was not roadworthy due to the multiple rust holes in the main frame. This dealership did not notify me prior or during scheduled maintenance service and I received several professional opinions that these rust holes were there a lot longer than a few months. This would’ve changed my decision to complete axel service. Called several times for both the service manager and store manager and never received a call back. The definition of lack of service and support.
