Amazing experience buying a brand new 2026 RAV4 Limited. Bryant McDaniel responded to an inquiry I made online to express interest, and not only did he call me immediately, he found the car we were looking for. I have never worked with anyone before like Bryant. His customer service skills are outstanding and he really cares. Rare to find these days when buying a car, especially when it’s a car/model that’s highly sought after. Bryant took care of everything, from the extra add ons, to finding the best interest rate, to the final walk around and test drive. We can’t thank you enough, Bryant. We are definitely going to shift all our business over to Ron Tonkin, and we live down the street from Broadway, so that’s how good it is over there. Recently did a trade in for a 2025 Tacoma. The whole experience was very good! Negotiation experience for my trade and paper work went smoothly. Caitlin was great and took the time to test drive multiple vehicles. She also expressed great knowledge of what she was selling. I’ve owned many Tacoma's so it was nice to be able to talk about suspension and other components on the truck that most sales people don’t seem to care to understand. It was a nice change to other Toyota dealerships we been to. Would definitely recommend her if you are considering purchasing a toyota.

Justin was always available to answer my questions, no matter the time, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. When I arrived to see my brand-new Toyota Supra for the first time, Justin was already outside waiting to greet me and walk me through everything. The finance team was equally helpful, taking the time to explain my options without any pressure and helping me secure a great financing rate. Ron Tonkin Toyota isn't the closest dealership to me, but the level of service I received made the drive more than worth it. Justin has earned my trust, and he'll be my Toyota guy from now on.

Carlin was awesome. The most though sales associate I’ve ever dealt with. She was knowledge about every aspect of the vehicle we had questions about. Ultimately we bought our car from her after leaving the dealership to another then back to Catlin to buy our vehicle. Hands down one sharp sales person.
