I had my 2017 GM Sedan serviced here today for the first time. Zach was my Service Advisor and he was great. He listened to what type of services that I was interested in and thoroughly explained the process. I was happy with the work that was done and the price was fair. The cashier was really nice too. It was a great experience I was in and out in a timely manner. Everything was very transparent I was treated kindly by all the staff namely Brian the salsman and Bill the manager. I was shown several different models of the silverado I was looking for and was allowed to take all the time I needed to make a comfortable decision. At the end of the visit they ended up not having the color/optioned truck I wanted. I have given in and settled for what was on the lot many other times this time I wanted the exact vehicle I was looking for. Bill assured me he would locate one and most likely have it on Monday (I was shopping on Saturday) I shook hands left. I got home and before I even sat down my phone rang..it was Bill telling me he had my truck on the way asking if I would like to come back and wrap up the deal. Needless to say Saturday night I was driving my brand new truck. If you're in the market for a new Chevrolet or even a quality used vehicle It's definitely worth the effort to go check them out.

Let's start with I hate buying a car. Pushy sale staff asking for one car payment and getting another ect.. I can say that this was by far the best experience buying a car. I started the day just looking around and not planning to buy one but the way Michael Covone listen to what I wanted and needed he hit it out of the park. I’ve bought many vehicles in the past, but this was the first time I’ve ever left a dealership feeling like I was actually taken care of. Mike was awesome to deal with, and he will be getting all of our business from now on. The service dept. handled my accessory installation effortlessly as well.
