I had the good fortune of deciding to have my new Equinox serviced and otherwise cared for by Rosedale Chev. I bought the car out of town at a different Chevy dealer. I had a minor warranty matter and Rosedale Chev took care of it with smiles and professionalism. From making the appointment to getting the item corrected they were efficient, very friendly, and helped me decide that I will give all my business from now on, to Rosedale Chev! Wow, even a narrated brief video walk-around of my car with the service tech commenting on their progress. A terrific touch! Good job to Jeff Hetrick and the service staff!

Trayvon and Joe provided the best car buying experience I’ve had. Full stop. I’ve bought quite a few cars in my life. I am a car guy. I could tell you about my multi-month journey to find the correctly spec’s vehicle because I’m intolerant and picky. I am obsessively educated on specifics, what I want to buy, and unwavering in my opinions. I’m not the easiest customer, I know this. Didn’t matter. The team at Rosedale Chevrolet treated me in a way that they joined my mission instead of creating their own narrative. Very good experience purchasing a Certified pre-owned '23 Chevy Bolt EV (electric vehicle) from Rosedale Chevrolet. Our sales rep Lakoda was relaxed, friendly, very knowledgable about EVs and charging technology, and allowed us all the time we needed to drive and decide. I appreciated that he was always on-time for our several meetings (we drove up from Belle Plaine, MN,) available by phone after-hours, and kept his promise to promptly obtain a dual-purpose charging cable after the sale, as the original was no longer with vehicle. The vehicle itself is spotless, feels brand new, and is fully Certified (inspected and warranted.) It's a joy to drive. The Rosedale dealership is clean and calm with a great snack/coffee area and a very diverse sales team I believe would make any new customer feel welcome regardless of language or culture. I highly recommend Rosedale for anyone seeking a new or used EV from a Chevy dealer specializing in EV sales and service.

David’s service/help was prompt and informative. The finance manger was able to get me a great interest rate on my new vehicle. The sales manger also came out to great my family as well. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was very helpful.
