Purchased a used vehicle, the group was not particularly professional and even less organized. Talking with different people through the process no one seemed to know what the previous person had told us, so we were constantly repeating ourselves. The buying experience was not enjoyable, and the trade in process was not easy either. Several different side quests, including a trip to the DMV, to get everything figured out and no one could give us a straight forward list of things we needed. It was do one thing, then find out what the next would be. Would not recommend. Update 1/19: All information in the Rosen response is accurate. While I will agree that an effort has been made to offset the inconvenience, the fact remains that Rosen has not been able to give us a clear step by step plan to resolve the issues. Additionally the Certified pre-owned vehicle we purchased has been in the shop for the last three days because of a strong gasoline smell in the cabin. This certainly seems like something that would have been discovered in a properly executed inspection, and I doubt very much in the amazing coincidence that it just started the day we drove it off the lot.

Disgusting. They practice the hard sell. Overpriced like crazy, it was the most uncomfortable experience looking for a car. They act like vultures. DONT GO THERE. I had to leave, they didn’t listen to my price point, and I felt like I was being harassed into buying a car. Disgusting.
