From the greeting at the door to the final sale, everything was Excellent. Kyla was friendly and knowledgable about the vehicle I was Purchasing. The vehicle was spotless, and the dealership itself was very clean and smelled really nice.

Good truck at fair price. Service not so good. Only 2 stars because our 2022 GMC Canyon was bought from Rosetown Mainline GMC at 84,000 km with no transmission servicing done, and no recommendation that it be done. (Found out later, it is recommended at 72,000 km, p.314, Owner's manual). General manager did recommend extended warranty that was accepted at $5000 extra over sale price at time of purchase. Later at 90,000 km Mainline service offered to do trans service for about $700. Later Rosetown GMC Service manager ended my call when I said his and the GM's job was not done inasmuch as not advising customers in timely way. Anyway, we had trans service done at an Alberta GMC dealer for $500. Better price, more helpful service. Too bad our local dealer dropped the ball.

We just purchased a used 2024 Buick Enclave from Rosetown Mainline, it was an enjoyable experience as was dealing across the street at Mianlines Chrysler sister dealership . However Kyla and Ryan won out , the bargaining was humorous but fair. Dealing with 70 year olds poses its own set of challenges, but at the conclusion we came away informed, and reassured that our purchase was the right one. We would definitely recommend Mainline , there stock , resources and reputation speak volumes.

Everyone we dealt with from the salesperson to the sales manager to the finance manager and the delivery person were all amazing.

Just 2 phone calls with the Sales person and I got the vehicle I wanted and the price was perfect. This dealership has plenty of different vehicles available in their lot, and it made the sale easy for sure.
