Christina, my salesperson, was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely professional. She answered all my questions, walked me through every feature of the Ioniq 5, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. There was no pressure — just honest and helpful service. Damien, the financial manager, made the financing process smooth and straightforward. He clearly explained all the numbers, options, and paperwork with transparency. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. I had a truly excellent experience at Hyundai Roseville, and I want to give special credit to my salesperson, Rachel Higgins. I visited the dealership twice in 2025 for test drives—first for the 2026 Palisade gasoline model and then for the Hybrid. Rachel was incredibly patient as I weighed my options. After deciding on the Hybrid, I realized I specifically wanted the AWD model. Even though they had the FWD available on the lot, Rachel didn't pressure me to settle. Instead, she worked her magic to source exactly what I wanted. The most impressive part, I was bracing for an April or May delivery, but Rachel and the team managed to arrange my AWD Hybrid in just 7 days. They actually delivered the vehicle to me before the committed time! My experience at Roseville Hyundai was truly one of the best I have ever had in my car buying history. My experience first started with Spencer over the phone, during which he gave me an immediate quote for the car I was looking for. The quote was fair and transparent. The next day, I went to Roseville Hyundai to look at the colors of the Santa Fe, and Ahmed met me in the parking lot to see if I needed any help. I ended up doing another test drive with him (had done our first test drive at another dealership). It was a very low pressure experience, and he made it clear that he wanted me to be comfortable with a purchase if I went with that car. That night, my husband and I decided to move forward with the lease, and Ahmed and Spencer worked very quickly to get the car from another dealer and ready for by the end of the week when we had time to sign the documents. During the week, Ahmed worked on the documents on his day off, and we got all of the forms completed and signed ahead of time. Our pick up on Friday required a couple signatures, and then we were out of the dealership within an hour. Ahmed took time to go over the car with us and introduce us to all the technology. It was truly a great experience. We love our Hyundai Santa Fe, and will most certainly be working with Spencer and Ahmed again.

I recently purchased a Tuson from Roseville Hyundai and all the staff that I had contact with far exceeded my expectations. At the top of the list was Rachael Higgins. Rachael’s customer service skills were unbelievable! I have never, at any establishment, had better customer service. She delivered my car to my home and spent a good amount of time explaining all my car features and helped me set up some custom items. She gave me her personal cell number in case I had any questions. She even answered on her day off. Every time I call her she is quick to answer my questions and get me what I need. To top it off I received a thank you card from her. I would highly recommend this dealership and above all deal with Rachael. She is absolutely the best!!! Roseville Hyundai has a great employee with Rachael.

I recently visited Hyundai Roseville with my husband on November 22nd, initially just to browse and test drive a Hyundai Tucson. For 16 years, I've proudly driven my 2010 Hyundai Accent SE that has been with me through so many life events. It was a simple, dependable car, but the time had come for an upgrade, as it sadly couldn't keep up with modern technology and safety cameras/features. ​Stepping into the Tucson, my first thought was, "This is big!" I didn't think I could get comfortable. That's where our sales representative, Tyler, truly made the difference. We did not make any apppintments, he was the first one that greeted us that day. ​Tyler was exceptionally patient and understanding. Knowing how different this new technology would be from my 2010 Hyundai accent car, he took his time to thoroughly walk me through the features. This included explaining the gear selector and all the impressive safety features from blind-spot detection, blind spot view monitor (which is my favorite), 360-degree camera system and other amazing driver assist features. He also showed us some more cool features such as Remote Smart Parking Assist where you can use your key fob to move your car forward or backward as you're standing outside. This is a very nice feature when you're in the parking lot and cant get into your car because of the tight parking. I love the heated and ventilated/cooled seats. After showing us so much features of the car, it is now time for the test drive. ​I was nervous to test drive a bigger car for the first time, Tyler rode along seated in the back and my husband was seated next to me. Both of them were a calm and reassuring presence. The drive itself was incredibly smooth and comfortable; I quickly forgot I was driving a larger vehicle. It was truly love at first sight, and my husband and I immediately agreed: this was The Car. ​The customer service didn't stop once we decided to buy. The entire paperwork process was made easy by Tyler. He kept us updated throughout the night. To make the purchase even more convenient, he suggested following up to pick up the check from us later, saving us a trip back to the dealership! The signing of the papers was smooth, as Steve explained everything we need to know about the car and we had a great time chatting with him as well. He congratulated us afterwards and that's how you know it's a done deal. ​Driving my new Tucson home on the freeway that night was a pleasant and completely stress-free experience. When Tyler came to our house, he patiently answered more questions and showed me additional features. His dedication to customer service continued even after the sale, as he has been delightful and responsive to all my random follow-up questions via text. ​Looking for a new car can be overwhelming, but Tyler made the entire experience seamless, comfortable, and exciting from start to finish. I am a proud new owner of a Hyundai Tucson Hybrid, and I highly recommend Hyundai Roseville and, most especially, Tyler Salada, for his exceptional knowledge and customer care!
