If I could give this place zero stars I would. The only good thing about them is that they had the Silverado I wanted and that’s where the good ends. I’ll start with where I wanted to use my credit union because they where going to give me a great rate of 6.29 my credit is an 811 and they just totally ignored that I wanted to use my bank and went ahead of using their own finance company driveway and I told them again of what rate I was going to get with my bank and they ignored my request once again. The rate they gave me was 6.6 or something in that affect. I called and complained to their finance department I was about to have to refinance my vehicle after only having it a couple days. But luckily the lady in charge of financing felt bad for me and end up giving me a 6.06. Then two months in I get a call asking if I can take the truck to Roseville because they forgot to smog it. I ended up having to smog the truck on my own and have not even been reimbursed for doing so. And then a couple weeks later they had to get me to sign a piece of paper about the gvrw of the vehicle and once again something that should have been done when purchasing a vehicle. Super sloppy job by supposedly the largest Toyota dealership in NOR CAl. All I wanted in return was a spare key fob made and sent to me but all of a sudden a sales manager does not exist. I do not recommend this place at all total Sharks in there that want to screw and bend you over at your expense. If somebody wants to make this right call me I’m sure they know exactly who I am and know my number Update since review. Romeo the so called finance manager called me to get a copy of smog from me which i already sent to Juan. I’m not going to play this Mary go round of bs. They need to hurry up and send my check. Also beware of Romeo because he is the one who completely ignored me using my own bank to finance the truck through a comple snake. Also the Brandon rush was so eager to put his email on here and tell me not to hesitate to reach out to him which I did so Brandon stop trying to make your self look good online when your customer service skills are trash

I had an excellent experience working with Kobe at Roseville Toyota. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, took me on two separate test drives, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I’m the kind of buyer who likes to do my homework and negotiate carefully, and Kobe handled that with professionalism and a great attitude. He put up with me spending hours going back and forth with the finance team to make sure I got the deal I wanted, and he stayed helpful and respectful the whole time. I also want to recognize Sawan in finance, who was excellent to work with as well. He was straightforward, professional, and helped make the final numbers work in a way I felt comfortable with. He explained everything clearly and made the financing process much smoother than expected. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but both Kobe and Sawan made it a positive experience. I’d absolutely recommend asking for Kobe if you’re shopping at Roseville Toyota.

Absolutely we do recommend this place. Even we were not able to find a car for our needs, James gave us all he could to help and even called us today. We visit him on Saturday. He follow up with us this morning. His skills, professionalism, kindness make everyone stressed out from all this process brings . Our car was totaled because a big tree felt down on it in a windy day 2 weeks ago. Suddenly we were in needs to buy a car ASAP. Unfortunately we could not find what we needed but this man was a pleasure to work with. Thank you much James, you deserve the best from your team there. WE NEVER MET ANYONE THAT DEDICATED WHO WANTS TO BRING MONEY TO HIS COMPANY BUT ALSO TO HELP AND SHOW US CARE AND EMPATHY! Danyil provided Great customer service. He helped tremendously with helping me buy my 2026 Camry xse. Made sure everything went smoothly and we were left satisfied. He showed great work ethic by staying with me until i was satisfied. He showed me a bunch of different options. Because of Danyil my experience overall was amazing. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

The team at Roseville Toyota were great. They worked hard to help me to get a Toyota Corolla Cross lease. Everyone was very friendly. The process did take quite a few hours. So plan ahead. I do like my new car
