# Summary The dealership receives praise for transparent sales processes, friendly staff, and convenient communication methods that make vehicle purchases feel less typical and more customer-focused. However, the service department has drawn criticism for long wait times, insufficient follow-up on mechanical issues, and lack of accountability when problems arise post-purchase.

I had a great experience purchasing my GMC 2500 Denali. The entire transaction was smooth, transparent, and completely free of hidden fees. The internet department went above and beyond by sending me a detailed walkaround video of the truck, which really helped. I believe it was Kev who assisted with that, Amanda in the warranty department thoroughly explained all of my coverage options, and Will in sales was extremely pleasant and easy to work with.( They were even able to beat my rate with financing I received from my local bank ) This truly did not feel like a typical vehicle purchase. Most of our communication was handled via text, which made everything seamless and convenient. I drove two hours to the dealership, arrived, signed the paperwork (which was already prepared), and was quickly on my way. Highly recommend this dealer — 5 stars all the way!

I really liked Rossi when I first purchased my two vehicles from them but ever since Mike Rossi left, the service department is to be avoided at all costs. I had my vehicle serviced at the the dealership and was going on a long trip a few days later. When I checked the oil level in my truck I found that the service tech had overfilled it by 2 quarts. When I called to tell the service manager he said that there was nothing he could do to make it right. I would have expected that some kind of apology would have been made. I am not purchasing a vehicle from them again.

I was blown away by the friendliness, professionalism and general feel of Rossi Chevy/GMC when I bought my truck yesterday. Normally when visiting a car dealership, I've left feeling "slippery"! Not this time. I couldn't give these guys a higher recommendation. Nick, my sales guy, was absolutely fantastic. Everything was taken care of in a timely fashion. No tricks, everything up front and transparent. I worked in a different dealership for 10 years, so am quite well aware of the tricks of the trade. Matt, the desk manager, came and introduced himself (a nice touch), to make sure all was okay. Cris from F & I also came for a quick word explaining after market products that were available. Also thanks to Hector for setting the appointment up. All these guys are a credit to themselves and to Rossi. I drove two hours to do this deal and would do it again happily. Highly recommended. Thanks to all. Bob

No one was pushy which was a huge plus in my eyes, Sophie and the manager were very respectful of my situation and did their best to find me a truck with all my wants!!! They were very respectful and patient with all my questions!!! It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had in my life! Thanks so much guys!

Definitely a bittersweet experience at this dealer. My sales guy, Nick, was a great guy, and the finance guy was awesome and very helpful while purchasing the vehicle. By any means, they are not at fault; just want to clarify that. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle that was a certified vehicle with a great CarFax and a great service record which made me acceptable of the mileage. At the time of purchase (04/06) the weather was still on the colder side so I couldn't tell if the A/C was functioning correctly nor did I test it because it's a certified vehicle so I assumed everything would be fine. The vehicle was purchased on 04/06 and I didn't pick it up until 04/09. On 04/11 I immediately noticed the A/C wasn't working so I called to inform them the same day (Saturday 04/11). Unfortunately, the service department was closed and I would have to wait until Monday. On Monday 04/13, I received a call from what I believe to be the service manager, who scheduled me for Tuesday 04/21, and couldn't get me in the same week, which was very disappointing, especially since I had only had the car for only four days. At that point, the car just sat in my driveway until my appointment date. Tuesday 04/21 I went to my service appointment which was a two-hour drive from where I live. The lady who assisted me in the service department was very friendly and professional no issues there and I was in and out in about two to three hours. They informed me that the freon was just low but they added dye into the system just in case there was a leak that's not anywhere noticeable. Wednesday 04/22 While on my way home from work the A/C started blowing hot again. I immediately called to inform them and again and they couldn't get me in the next day or even the same week. I would have to wait until Friday 05/01. At this point I was extremely upset and disappointed with their service and how they take care of new customers. I called my local Chevy dealer that dealt with the certified car warranty and they were able to get me in the next day (Thursday 04/23) and diagnosed the issue within hours. 05/04 Unfortunately, my car is still at my local dealership due to a back order on parts. All in all, who is to blame for the issue no one is really right. But, unfortunately, I have to bite the bullet get the short end of the stick, and deal with something that should have been checked on a certified vehicle, and for sure as a new customer they should have gotten me in as soon as possible or in between appointments at an earlier date. They could have even offered to let me drop off the vehicle and give me a loaner until the vehicle was fixed but they didn't. Really disappointed if that's not clear
