I was on the search for a truck for about a month. I’d say 85% of dealers would list a price but when you call or show up they don’t show their 4K plus of add ons that takes the vehicle from fair market value to way above. Rotolo was NOT one of those dealers. They made things super easy handling the deal remote. Ruben S. Was the one that contacted me after reaching out to them online, he was super easy to work with. If a dealer or salesman tries to pressure me I pretty much just walk away or block them , Ruben and the guys at Rotolo did nothing like that , they have been the best dealer and best Chevy dealer I’ve ever done business with. They did my appraisal remote and matched a local offer, their vehicle was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Next time I need a vehicle I’ll definitely be driving the two hours to work with them again, and there is no shortage of Chevy dealers between San Diego and Fontana , but none of the ones I talked to handled business like these guys. . 100% would recommend requesting Ruben , I’m sure the other salesman are good too but if you want a no nonsense , straight to the point kind of deal, get Ruben S on the line and he’ll square you away for sure. -Reid L.
