Lee was absolutely a great salesman. He didn’t pressure us into buying the vehicle. He asked us what our goal was to achieve buying a new vehicle. We told him to lower our payment and a really good warranty . So we lowered our payment by almost $300 and got a 6 year unlimited miles warranty . Thanks to Lee the salesman and Russell in financing . Thank you both for everything. That we even went back 2 days later to purchase my 78 year old mom a new car. She has never in her entire life had a brand new car . Thanks to Lee again for everything.

I am not from the state of Florida but I'm here now in crawfordville I am from up North in Chicagoland and I was ready for some service oil change tire rotation for my SUV so I reached out too big ED in the service department. He told me to bring the vehicle in so I could scan it and see what time that kind of direct I got there. He was right there and the service was amazing. He scanned my vehicle. See I had a couple free oil changes left which was nice because I was at a different dealership and to be honest with you they were of nothing but rude and that was in Tallahassee. You could probably figure out what's the biggest dealership until I have you but either way big Ed was the man he was able to get me in right away in which was awesome cuz I didn't have an appointment I thought it might be too busy. I'd have to come back but that was not the case of you wouldn't far beyond what my expectations were and on top of it he had my service performed that hour which is a great big oak cuz I don't know it's a long ride. It's about 2 and 1/2 hours for me but it's well worth it. I told him I'd be back and he's like you want to make that ride again like I'll make it every time because of service was good and I walked out of there. Unstressed and knowing everything I needed to know about my Chevy and that was all because of him. If I had my own business I would. Hire him in a second.. ! He is a leader that's for sure!! Richard was amazing and so was Stephen. They both hung out with me until my deal was completed. Richard explained how everything operated in my new vehicle thoroughly and did not rush me. He made this deal happen for me and I will forever be grateful for him.

We had a great experience at this dealership! We originally came in to look at a different truck, but after taking it for a test drive, we realized it just wasn't the right fit for us. The team quickly showed us several other options, and that's when we found and fell in love with our 2023 Nissan Frontier. They were patient, helpful, and worked hard to get the numbers where we wanted them while staying as close to our budget as possible. We traded in our Jeep and couldn't be happier with the decision! We were assisted by Tiffany (I believe that was her name, apologies if I'm mistaken), and she was incredibly kind, personable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We absolutely love our new truck and are so glad to be rid of the Jeep. We are now officially a Nissan-only household! We would definitely return to this dealership or their sister dealership in the future and would be happy to work with this team again. Brought my truck in for an oil change, and a tire patch. I was set up with Ms. Robyn Sims. She was very informative, kind, and thorough. She show me a few things she recommended getting done, but was not pushy, and showed me exactly why she recommended them. Overall it was a great experience and I will be back in the future.
