I have had an excellent experience at Route 128 Honda dealership in Reading. I truly appreciate the outstanding service I received from the sales person Carter Y. He helped me from start to finish. He delivered the car to my address . Very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Everything was explained clearly to me. All my questions were answered and never felt rushed or pressured at any point . The entire process was smooth, transparent and stress free . And what made my experience even better is that I did all this online and through the phone with the dealership, very easy. And Carter even delivered it to me in person . I highly recommend ROUTE 128 HONDA . Look for Carter Y, he’s your guy , he will help you . He will do everything.

We bought an Accord from Chris. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the car and very professional. He made the entire process easy for us and we were extremely happy with the service he provided. We were also impressed with the Manager, John J. We met him once for 2 minutes and he remembered our names the next time we walked in. Our finance manager Khudjo was also excellent and he also remembered us each time we went in.
