My salesman, Saied, was awesome—very friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions, kept me updated, and made sure everything went exactly how I expected. I definitely recommend asking for Saied if you’re looking for a smooth, stress-free car buying experience. Highly recommend this dealership! Many people mention issues with the service department, so I’ll update this review later if I experience anything myself when it’s time for service. This was one of the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Big thank you to my sales rep Freddie and the finance manager Ms. Lele McKoy. I work 2 jobs and with my busy schedule they made sure to see i was happy with my purchase and to make sure I had everything I needed for the vehicle. First of all, I'm not a review writer. After today's experience at Rt46 Chrysler i felt the need to leave one. Our salesman was Ricardo and he was Fantastic. it was an absolutely enjoyable process. Yes I'm talking about a car purchase!! It went a smoothly as it could have gone. He was friendly and professional and made it a day great. Then came the finance manager. No surprises whatsoever and he was great as well. The whole operation was excellent. If you are in need of a new or used car? I couldn't recommend Rt 46 Chrysler and Ricardo any higher. Just Great !!! UPDATE !!! So i was unaware you can't leave multiple reviews for the place??? So just to update. Ricardo again came through for me in a way that i've never experienced frog an auto dealer. I live 2.5 hours away from the dealership and was havin g trouble getting up there to get my plates. I'll just say Ricardo took it upon himself to make sure i got them and didn't have to take the 5 hour round trip ride. Again far and away the best of everything from Ricardo and Rt 46 Chrysler. Couldn.t recommend the any stronger than i am. If you're in the market for a vehicle? new or used Do yourself a favor and Go visit Ricardo !!!
