So, I don't usually write reviews , but I am extremely pleased with My experience with Chris at Route Auto LLC. I spent 3 weeks trying to buy a car from private sellers , and several hundred dollars in gas , it seems nearly impossible to find someone who wasn't trying to cover up problems , or telling you what you want to hear just to get you there , including some dealers. I was getting close to giving up , then I seen a car, my wife and I were interested in at Route Auto. I was sceptical to go but we liked the car , we met Chris and I really liked him. He is very down to earth and a genuine real person, a pleasure to do business with he even went out of his way to help us with some extra requests. It's hard to buy a used car, and sometimes you have to go by the person that's selling it. He was very transparent about the car and by the way we love the car and it is still running great. The next time I need a car I will go to him first and see if he can get what I want , thank you Chris

The customer service was probably the best experience so far. Chris was extremely friendly, informative and broke everything down to where I could understand. I will be bringing my car here moving forward and highly recommend this place!
