Rowe Volkswagen Auburn

I had my 2015 VW Passat checked, a light replaced, and had Rowe service work on & update the radio navigation system. They did an excellent job....from the very first time I spoke with them until I drove off. Thank you for the Great service. I'll definitely be back as needed.

Very happy with the service. Our Atlas was picked up at the house first thing in the morning The work was completed by noon and returned by the driver. I have always been pleased with the service I received with them with all of my VW from my VW Beetles to now my Atlas Sport. Thank you

Rowe VW sales left me on the side of the highway on a Saturday for almost 4hrs with a blown out sunroof in a 2 week old car. Sunroof exploded for NO apparent reason, warranty was denied, wouldn’t order a replacement until someone paid for it. All together, 2 weeks without a car, cash out of pocket for sunroof & had to use my own tow to get car back dealership. Had the car for a year now, service department has been ok thus far except ordering the sunroof issue without payment. Would’ve save a week if they ordered it and then informed me it was an out of pocket expense. Think twice, ask for everything in writing from sales department because the expression “don’t worry, we’ll take care of it” doesn’t mean anything.

Five stars for Rowe in Auburn! Dylan was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and friendly throughout our Jetta search. He really listened to us and gave us exactly what we realized we wanted! There was no upselling or pressure, he simply wanted to help us find our dream car, and we did!! For many this can be a stressful experience, and Rowe Auburn was the exact opposite.

Had a brake job done, oil change, air filter and cabin filter change. Great job and reasonable price! Was able to get in quickly because the rear brakes were metal on metal. I would recommend this shop for any routine maintenance or any repairs.
