Ouffe si je commence...service au garage okay mes manque un peut de bon sens de subject when your famous Caisse populaire system was down for an hour,I couldn't pay my bill. They suggested that I borrow one of the employees vehicle (worth over $30,000) in which I couldn't take my 10yr old Sportage and come back and payoff the next day. Ridiculous ,je suis un client Fidel jamais je me senti comme un Fraudeur.

I called on Tuesday to schedule an appointment for Thursday evening to buy a used Sportage HEV. They scheduled an appointment for me and mentioned that it might not be available at that time, which I understood. I simply asked them to let me know, as I live out of town and didn't want to make the trip for nothing. The next day, I called again to move my appointment up to that same evening, specifying that I was coming from Sherbrooke and therefore making the trip specifically to buy the car. They said yes, no problem, it was still available, and scheduled an appointment for 6:00 PM. Later that day, they emailed me to reschedule my appointment for 6:30 PM, which I accepted. An hour before my appointment, while we were on our way, halfway there, they called to tell me they had just sold the vehicle to someone else. I understand not being able to reserve a used car several days in advance, but why schedule an appointment with someone on the same day to buy a vehicle if you're just going to sell it to someone else an hour before? Honestly, I find this service very disappointing. I strongly advise against it.

My engine failed in May and was replaced under warranty in June, all paid for by Kia Canada. I was without my vehicle for a month and paid $400 in rental fees and $150 for towing, which were not reimbursed. The engine replacement was flawless; the car was even washed before pickup. Marianne did an excellent job with Kia Canada. In July, two months later, the Kia dealership at Groupe Roy Auto amended my invoice and charged an additional $135 for a sensor. This sensor (part #392502G100) is sold for $49.27 at Hyundai dealerships. It is illegal to charge extra for a service already rendered. The invoice was signed by both parties, and I even asked if there were truly no additional charges. I would like to see them explain to a judge how my invoice magically changed after a month. I'm going to get rid of this vehicle and hope I never have to deal with them again. --- Update: I was contacted by an employee of the Roy Group who wasn't happy with my Google review. He doesn't like the company being accused of dishonesty. I invite them to prove their honesty in court, if necessary. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms grants me the right to free speech. For more information, I encourage you to consult the numerous Facebook and Reddit groups where hapless Kia customers share their astonishing misadventures and surprise bills. The amount they're asking for the sensor seems to be the same regardless of the dealership's location.

They confirmed the availability of a car, scheduled an appointment for the sale, filled out the information to trade in my old car, and then when they called back to collect my deposit, they informed me that the car was sold and that they could keep my file to make me other offers. No thanks!
