June 10,2026- Purchased a vehicle here recently. While there were a few minor details that needed to be ironed out post-delivery regarding the undercoating and a mirror scuff, the dealership took full ownership of the situation. Anthony and the management team went above and beyond to provide top-tier customer service recovery, handling the issue smoothly, professionally, and entirely to my satisfaction. True professionals who stand behind their clients. Highly recommend working with Anthony! UPDATE (June 5, 2026): Downgrading my review from 5 stars due to a complete lack of post-sale communication. After purchasing, I noticed heavy rust flaking on the underbody frame rails and brackets (see attached photos). Sales representative Anthony acknowledged the issue via text and stated they would look into a resolution/local credit since I live 100 km away. It has now been days with zero response or follow-up. It seems once the deal is finalized, customer service completely stops. Disappointed with the lack of accountability. Five-star experience at Roy Foss Thornhill! Anthony made the entire vehicle acquisition seamless, transparent, and completely stress-free. From the initial paperwork to the final delivery, his professionalism and communication were top-notch.
