We have had our Cadillac for 4 years and have NEVER had this level of service. When we got our Cadillac, we were expecting “white glove service” and all other dealerships have fallen short of that. From the receptionist, to the service advisors, the sales reps, literally every single person I have spoken to today, have been extremely pleasant, helpful and happy - which makes for an unforgettable experience here at Cadillac.
