Roy foss Was a great experience, car was dropped off in the Key box before store hours. A notification was received from Grayson. The vehicle inspection video was cool and available to view. Interesting and much appreciated that video. Aftermarket key was purchase on Amazon and needed to be Programmed. We were happy to only be charged $199 ,cheaper than any locksmiths or dealers only OEM willing to do key programming service. Updates and questions were responded by Grayson through messages from the start to finish. He is knowledgeable and helpful, all questions and problems I were asked and answered. Thank you for the great service and ensuring that if I need service and waiting for 2 months , I can still bring into service and arrange a possible needing to wait months for a service appt No surprise charges, or cost. Gave vehicle for 2 days and took over 7 days while no one could tell expected time of work to be finished. When bought the Escalade it has minor number scratch to be fixed. Was give a small size suv for replacement. Expected time to complete the work was not done and had to call several times to get vehicle back. Some of the things which were to be completed were with approval were not done as in 7 days the could not take to sales team to take approval. I would not recommend to buy a vehicle at Roy Foss Woodbridge and not to service as well.
