The service department staff was pleasant and helpful. I arrived at 6:50a because the service hours online are listed as 7a-5:30p and the doors open right around the 7a timeframe. I appreciated the prompt acknowledgement of my presence. The timeliness of the service done on my vehicle was really good as well. The one thing I have a question, is it possible to see what is checked & completed on my vehicle on the mobile app for quick reference? I do keep the printed receipts but for that access anywhere the mobile app would be perfect. Overall, everyone was very receptive and in a good mood so early in the AM! One thing I think would be awesome. Roy Motors could update their customer waiting lounge where customers wait when their vehicle is getting serviced. It has been the same since I was a kid a LOT of YEARS AGO, and going there with my mom to get her vehicle serviced. This would definitely boost customer enthusiasm in continuing to support Roy Motors. Having a better environment to wait for your vehicle would be a plus.

I had a very pleasant experience , buying my vehicle. It’s very rare you get to meet the owner of the dealership, and have a down to earth conversation. My salesman Burleigh Lemon, was very courteous and professional. The finance Manager , JC made the buying process super easy and took no time to complete. I would recommend Roy Motors, to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I’m always treated very nicely when I come here and in and out with the best service. Everyone is so friendly. They come update you and let you know how everything is going. I have a 2023 Chevy Tahoe and they will be the only one under my hood. Thanks for the most friendly fast and efficient service.

This was hands down the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. Every employee at the dealership was so kind & engaging. The buying process was quick & easy. Listening to Mr. Roy talk about the dealership, it’s obvious he takes great pride in his work, as well as the work performed in the dealership. I could have sat & listened to his stories about how the car industry has evolved all day. Thank you for making this an amazing experience.

We were on a trip to New Orleans, and the transmission failed in our 2016 Tahoe on Monday of our trip. The service folks at Roy Motors were able to diagnose the problem and they ordered a replacement transmission on that Monday afternoon. The transmission shipped overnight from Houston and it arrived before 8 AM on Tuesday morning. Roy Motors was able to replace the transmission that same day. We received the Tahoe back Wednesday morning. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They also were able to find a local rental car company that had a car for us to rent for two days. They met all our needs. I also want to thank the GM/Chevy group for having rebuilt transmissions readily available and for providing a good warranty with the transmission.
