Royal East Volkswagen-Bloomington

After going to a VW dealer in Florida and they did tons of work on my new Audi for free, yes free, I realized how much Royal East scams. A few years ago Royal East wanted me to come back 3 times repeatedly and charge hundreds an hour just for my VW to not get fixed. Just dont use these guys and make the drive to Indy or an Independent German shop.

The worst place to buy a car , we recently bought a car out 5 k down and it’s starts messing up not even a month into the lease ! They refused to give me a loaner and wouldn’t be able to look at it for 3 more days !! Like I bought this car to drive I didn’t pay 5k to not be able to drive it not even a month into the lease! They didn’t even try to make it right . DO NOT GO HERE , I REPEAT DO NOT

I have owned a VW for most of my life, and have had service and sales interactions with Royal VW for decades now. My recent interactions (since 2021) have been nothing short of exceptional. It is clear that their service department has made a huge effort to provide top-notch communication and service. Drew coordinated my recent service for my 2021 Atlas, and he was readily available through texts and kept me updated on my expected timeline. Excellent communication and customer care!

Made an appointment for a check engine light and a recall to get fixed. Everybody I interacted with was incredibly nice. Drew especially. He sent updates and made sure I saved as much money and didn't upcharge for anything. And they did a shuttle and the lady that did that was also super nice.

Preston was fantastic to work with. I brought my car in with no appointment. He took it right away and had a rental for me. I was checked in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. His communication was excellent and he gave me free additional rental days when the part for my car did not come in. I also witnessed him with a very rude customer. He was incredibly patient and professional through that entire interaction. That is a rare skill to find in an employee and he should be greatly rewarded for his professionalism.
