This dealership really feels like a luxury brand dealership. Tim Taylor who sold me two Land Rovers is the best in the business. And when it comes to service Travis Robinson could not be more friendly helpful and accommodating. Top level and first class service.

I was so happy with the staff at this location in Tucson, nothing but professional and kind. Im not from Tucson and only needed a service on my Evoque. I went in with a quote that was more than fair, and was really expecting the up sale, however instead when my car was ready ( which was in a very reasonable time) I was given a discount. I really really recommend this place for honest and welcoming vibes. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

DONE WITH THIS SERVICE DEPT!!! 5 months and my car is still not fixed! Lie after lie, and they NEVER call you back or advise what the status is..... It's been over another month after i was told they can get the part needed (after I found the part for them @ the N.J. warehouse) and over a month later, I still don't know if they got the part, if it even fixed the issue, or any status.. I keep calling and am told no one is available, or they are with other customers. I have been out of town and unable to come in to the dealership. Have owned Range Rovers/Jaguars for 13 years and have never seen such poor service from ANY dealership like this. Next steps, I guess I need to reach out to Land Rover North America to see if they can assist with getting me some answers. VERY DISAPPOINTED........

My Defender didn't actually need servicing when I took it in. I was several thousand miles early, but the staff was terrific and took care of me and my vehicle completely! I was please and impressed.

Earlier this year I traded my 2022 Ford Ranger for a 2020 CPO Mercedes E350. I worked exclusively with Jackie on the transaction and it went exceptionally well and all parties got what they wanted! Three days ago I brought my car in for a “Schedule B Service” and Travis was my service advisor, in typical Royal Jag fashion, the service was perfect, affordable and I was provided with a rental Range Rover to tend to my normal business day... But that’s not why I’m writing this review today... Earlier this morning I was nearly in a fatal collision due to an unaware motorist cutting across 2 lanes of traffic in a high speed area while she was doing 15mph… No signal, no warning, just a right hand turn in which she decided to go all the way to the left lane out in front of me. I can 100% tell you as a former professional VIP driver with years of specialized training and experience in driving Generals, Admirals, Foreign Dignitaries and even members of the UN Command that 99% of the time, a car and its functionality doesn’t really matter. But the 1% of the time it does, it matters the most in that moment. My Mercedes saved my life today. If the conditions had been replicated in my previous truck, I would have rolled. The evasive action I was forced to take only worked out due to the fact I was in a well engineered and exceptionally safe sedan THAT WAS PROPERLY SERVICED. We don’t often think about that 1% behind the wheel, but I’ll say this, if any of the systems in my vehicle had failed, I’d be in the hospital right now at best…Jackie sold me a fantastic, safe and powerful car that meets my daily personal and professional demands, and Travis and his team ensured my vehicle was taken care of, safe and that all essential driving and safety functions were operable and performing at factory new levels. Thank you guys. 10/10 People at Royal Jag, and 10/10 Servicing. I cannot recommend a CPO Dealer and Service Center more!
