Daughter was rear ended totaling her car out. Needed to replace it and Antonio was super helpful to take a bunch of time to find just the right options that she needed/wanted on her replacement. He also made the process super easy with being able to complete some of the process electronically because of our work schedules. I took my daughter to Royal because they feature a forever warranty. The salesman named Chase was pleasant and professional. My daughter didn’t qualify for the car she wanted, but Chase was patient, took quite a bit of time with us, showing us quite a few cars that would work with her budget. She found the car that was right for her budget and that she liked a lot. Chase, at this time, is still in the learning phases of car sales, having worked at the dealership in other capacities before being promoted to sales. That is a good thing because he isn’t your typical salesman, just interested in pushing a car out the door. He is, a straight shooting young guy, and my daughter and I took a liking to him immediately. I am glad to say our faith was not ill-placed. He gave us a great experience, and with support from a couple of coworkers in the paperwork area, he made this experience a great one for my daughter and myself. This isn’t a commission-based business, so they don’t apply pressure, and that makes them top notch in my book. I would not hesitate to do business with them again!
