I don't think I have ever had a better, smoother, or faster car buying experience. Jasper and the team at Mazda Bloomington were amazing and made everything so easy for us. We were in and out in about three hours, they had the cars I wanted to test drive waiting outside and warmed up for us (it was 20° and snowing lightly,) and they answered all our questions with patience and care. They didn't try to nickel and dime me on my trade, which two other dealerships had already done, and gave me a more than fair value. Jasper has also gone above and beyond since I leased my vehicle with some issues that arose with my bank for my old vehicle that I traded. It was absolutely no fault of Mazda but they have been phenomenal in assisting me with getting everything squared away. I will definitely be back and would recommend anyone looking into a Mazda to stop by and speak with Jasper and the team.

Went in for an oil change on my Volvo and to my surprise, the oil change was covered under warranty (20,000 miles) and will be covered for 30,000 miles as well. The vehicle inspection was also included under warranty. They were very detailed with the inspection. They went into details of the costs and recommended services at 40k which was nice to know for budgeting purposes. Lastly, kudos to the individuals that maintain and clean the dealership. Every room, garage bay, and parking lot is neat, tidy, and clean, including the bathrooms. The entire team at Royal South Mazda Volvo has been great to interact and work with. Great work!

I am a proud new owner of a 2026 Mazda CX-50. I went into the dealership to test drive a CX-5 and although a very nice vehicle, the CX-50 caught my eye. The sales rep.at the dealership suggested that I test drive both and he was very informative about the two vehicles. So, after test driving both the CX-5 and CX-50, I choose the CX-50 with confidence. I just bought a GR Corolla from these folks. Jasper was a great help from beginning to end. He has been transparent and clear about the process and expectations...even navigating through recent winter storms, the car was delivered safely. I also appreciated his honest helpfulness. I don't often get that feeling from folks trying to sell a car.
