This is my 2nd purchase from Royal VW in Vestavia Hills, and had no issues making the hourlong drive for our purchase. We were greeted warmly and professionally by all the staff especially Mr. JP Hanna. He patiently showed me how to operate the VW ID Buzz and answered all of my questions. He was also very patient with my children. Communication was outstanding and he worked hard to make the buying process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend this dealership and in particular, Mr. JP Hanna. You won’t be disappointed.

Worked out a deal with these guys over the phone and drove two hours to get a Golf R. I was thinking, they'll add something when I get there knowing I am two hours from home, but nope, it was exactly what we agreed upon. These guys were awesome. From my sales rep Jose, through the finance process, probably the best car buying experience I have had. I would definitely make the two hour drive and buy a car from these guys again. Great deal on a great car.

WOW what an experience! The salesman my husband and I worked with was Brian, and he was wonderful from start to finish. Great communication before, during, and after the process. My 2019 GTI recently started leaking coolant, and after another shop quoted me $1,800 for a water pump, I discovered it is a known issue and covered by an extended VW warranty for this specific part. So I called Royal. They were quick to confirm it was indeed covered and scheduled me for service. They confirmed the leak and replaced the water pump and throttle body housing the same day, at no cost to me. They also did a carbon cleaning at a much reduced price while they had the manifold cover removed anyway. They were helpful and professional throughout the process and kept me updated on my car's status. I was able to pick it up early afternoon. Their waiting area is also very comfortable with water and coffee. Great service experience! Thank you, Royal!

Brought my 2024 Jetta Sport in to get the SOS Call module fixed. Asked the homie Tom The Salesman if I could try a Jetta GLI since I'm gonna get one once Im out of Nursing School. Didn't expect him to say yes but he not only said yes but let me drive it around all sorts of places to try it out. Then showed me around the showroom and let me get in and out the Atlas so I could shop for my mama a little bit. Got to do all that while waiting on my Jetta to get out the shop. This place is awesome. :) Also called yesterday and managed to get an appointment today. So I didnt even have to ride around with a light on my dash.
