# Summary The dealership receives mixed reviews reflecting inconsistent service quality across sales and service departments. While some customers praise professionalism and smooth transactions, others report significant issues including inadequate vehicle inspections before delivery, poor diagnostic service, dismissive treatment of customer concerns, and lack of transparency about warranty eligibility and vehicle condition disclosures.
I had a pretty decent experience purchasing my '25 Tahoe RST! Carlos O. was a decent salesman, but while I was looking at vehicles he wasn't outside to show me anything! He told me if I needed to test drive one, to come inside and let him know. Chris M. from finance was great to work with! When I told her I didn't want certain addons, she removed them with no hesitation! I did notice some defects on the exterior paint (scuffs) and particles under the paint from factory. Carlos was able to have the service department take care of the scuffs, which I appreciated! Carlos informed me that he didn't recommend getting the door repainted because it would never look like factory. I didn't worry too much about the paint because I thought it was only in one area. Rudolph also offers a $500 discount for military and college students. Update 1: Unfortunately, I have to return because the company that installs the door edge guard, installed it without removing the debris from the door. I also have to go back because I looked at my window sticker, and my locking wheel lug nuts are not on the vehicle. This dealership really needs to make sure all items have been installed before they make a sale! I shouldn't have to inform them that I am missing something! UPDATE 2: They day I purchased my vehicle, I informed Carlos of a few paint defects. There are several more paint defects on the roof of the vehicle, the inside of the door jam, and the rear cargo area! For the amount of money I spent, they should have looked over these vehicles before selling! Carlos spoke with some "manager" and offered for me to pick out another one. If a customer has an issue the manager could have at least came out and talked to me instead of relaying messages like a child! If you don't want to speak with customers, maybe you should try finding a different career field! Don't worry though, I will be reporting this to GM as well! I asked Carlos if he could show me where the Tahoes were, since they moved, and his whole attitude changed! He said, "I don't have time!" Really?! You don't have time! I let it go, and I told him I would look for them. When I came back in, I just sat at a table so I could see about call GM. Carlos then makes time for me, and I told him there was nothing on the lot that I wanted. He then proceeds to apologize (as if I am supposed to care after he gave me an attitude)! Now I have to make a claim with GM because they don't want to fix the defects without the approval of GM, which I understand. What makes me mad is that you look at the vehicles on the lot and they are all dirty, so you can't notice anything! If you buy a Chevy from them, check the paint like I did, because they will claim that all of their vehicles have paint defects! UPDATE 3: Since this dealership doesn't want to fix the large scratch and dents on the roof of my vehicle, I am assuming from being damaged during transport, I now have a case opened with General Motors! General Motors customer service informed me that Rudolph should have checked this vehicle for transport damage, which they clearly failed to do!
My experience with Rudolph Chevrolet was authentic from start to finish. I am pleased with my 2026 new Chevy Silverado. It was sad to see my 2008 Silverado go to a new owner, after 17 years, 356,000+ miles, and many adventures. The new owner is happy to own my 2008 for his business. Most of all, extremely grateful to God and very generous family members creating this opportunity. From Mike in the fleet department, Chris in finance and registration, Bailen our salesman, and Johnny in the service department, excellence all around. It was time for an upgrade with all the traveling I do. Thank you, Rudolph Chevrolet for such a beautiful and exciting experience!
Initially, we had a great experience purchasing our 2024 Chevy Equinox RS, but unfortunately that changed shortly afterward. Within a few months, the vehicle developed a strange noise, so we brought it in for service. Rather than investigating the issue, the service technician dismissed my concerns and told me I "wouldn't understand because I'm a woman" and that the noise was normal. We returned to the dealership two more times with the same concern and were repeatedly told that the noise was normal and that nothing was wrong. No real effort was made to diagnose the problem. A year later, my husband discovered the actual issue himself: the passenger-side speaker was not properly calibrated to the radio system. The dealership never identified or even tested for the problem. Instead, they repeatedly dismissed our concerns and attempted to convince us it was simply normal wear and tear on a vehicle that was only a few months old. What is most disappointing is not just the failure to diagnose the issue, but the way we were treated throughout the process. We felt belittled, ignored, and disrespected. As customers who purchased a brand-new 2024 Chevy Equinox RS, we expected far better service and professionalism. Because of this experience, I will not be doing business with this dealership again and cannot recommend them to others. Also to add, all of this fell under warranty and was still super low in miles. It was as simple as hooking up the code reader and reacting to the fault code. Super simple fix and their service techs couldn’t figure it out…
Went in 25th APR some older salesman with blue eyes approached us and we informed him we wanted to look at Colorados WT and LT trims. From the short interaction he had no clue what he was talking about, constantly cut me off when I would ask questions. We asked about Silverados he showed us 1 and when we asked to see others he was saying that, "that's all there is" when there was an entire lot of trucks. I have no idea what he was thinking to think the conversation was going well or progressing to simply say, "let's go inside and run numbers." I stopped him and said, "Im not ready to run numbers i haven't seen anything i like yet." He followed up by saying well, "I would suggest you go to our competitors cause youre not gonna see anything better than this." I cut him off and said, "yeah, I think we'll do that." That same afternoon we went to VIVA CHEVROLET and purchased a 2026 Silverado who provided over $11k in discounts.
The salesman I worked with was super nice but he was from the sister company Rudolph Honda. He found me a nice car on the Chevrolet lot which was great cause he was great at researching. However, when it came to the deal, it kind of went south. I was informed we had a 100,000 mile warranty with Rudolph Honda but since the vehicle was purchased at the sister company, unfortunately for me, I was not eligible for it. Then after I signed they told me to come back for my plates and sticker along with a tank of gas and a carwash. The carwash was good but when it came to the tank of gas, they told me they could only fill up to 5 gallons cause it was used. All of this could have been disclosed at the time of purchase or even before but they did not inform me of any of this until I literally got into the vehicle after the carwash took over 45 minutes. Never again. To each their own who purchase from them just learn from my experience and be sure to get it in writing and don’t trust the salesperson or anyone there no matter how nice they are.
