I wish I could give six stars. Ruge Subaru made the process simple and easy. Our salesperson Steven was a true professional, very helpful, and worked to get me the best deal. Lou and the finance department were amazing as well. I never felt pressured like I have at other dealerships. It was clear that Steve and the staff at Ruge’s strive to please the customer. I’m so happy with my 2025 Subaru Ascent. I’ve bought Subarus from other dealerships in the past and I can say hands down, Ruge Subaru is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I had a good experience with this dealership. The staff was friendly professional and easy to work with throughout the process. They took the time to answer my questions and made everything feel straightforward and low pressure. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that I was hoping for a little more flexibility on the final price. While I understand dealerships have limits, I felt there was a little more room for a better deal. That being said the overall experience was positive and I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of everyone I worked with.

Best experiences at car dealers I've ever had have been at Ruge's. They beat all of the other dealerships that I saw for trade in value, they are fair and honest, and treat you like a real person. Incredibly personable, and wonderful to work with.
