⚠️ FORMAL PUBLIC NOTICE / CONSUMER WARNING I am posting this review to formally document misrepresentation, false financial reporting, and deceptive sales practices by this dealership. During the purchase of my vehicle, dealership staff instructed me to misrepresent information to the lending institution. Without my authorization, the dealership reported to the bank that I provided a $6,000 down payment, when the actual down payment was $2,000. This constitutes false reporting in a federally regulated financial transaction. Additionally, a warranty was sold to me and represented as a dealership-backed warranty at the time of signing. I was later informed that the warranty was not a dealer warranty, and that the salesperson who sold it was terminated the following day. The dealership has attempted to void or disclaim responsibility for the agreement despite the fact that the terms were discussed and agreed to in person with multiple dealership representatives present at signing. Within the first 30 days of ownership, my vehicle has been retained by the dealership’s service department for over 12 days due to repeated mechanical issues. The dealership has now stated they are unable or unwilling to repair the vehicle, effectively selling a vehicle they cannot stand behind. These actions may constitute: • Fraudulent inducement • False statements to a financial institution • Bait-and-switch warranty practices • Failure to disclose material facts • Unfair and deceptive trade practices • Potential violations of state dealer licensing laws I am currently pursuing formal complaints with the appropriate state motor vehicle dealer licensing authority, consumer protection agencies, and the lending institution, and am evaluating legal remedies related to these actions. Consumers should be aware that false financial reporting and misrepresentation during vehicle sales can place buyers at legal and financial risk. Based on my experience, I strongly caution others to avoid doing business with this dealership. This review serves as documentation should further regulatory or legal action be required.

The person that spoke to us was not very honest come to find out our car had a bad transmission not even a week out, yes they took care of it but would have been amazing to have honesty and let us make a choice to go forward with the buy.
