We had Geo, and he didn't rush us , and seemed genuinely concerned about our choice for our new car. All in all it was a better experience than any of my other car buying experiences.

RUSH ELGIN IS A DISASTER: LIED TO, SOLD A LEMON, AND NOW IGNORED BY MANAGEMENT! ​I purchased a car from Rush Elgin I barely had it a month and it immediately drove FUNNY. When I reported the issue, I was told, and I quote, "Fords drive a little jerky." That's not customer service, that's outright DISMISSIVENESS hiding a major problem. ​Turns out, I was right and Rush Elgin was wrong. The car has a serious transmission issue, and guess what? The service department checked their records and CONFIRMED they NEVER inspected the transmission before selling it to me! The salesman who promised me that "every car we sell is thoroughly checked" was an absolute liar. ​I am now stuck in a never-ending service loop. I still do not have the car I paid for! They are giving me a loaner monthly, proving how long this nightmare has dragged on. When I asked the sales man if I could just start over and pick a different, functional car—a logical request since they sold me defective merchandise—I was told no, because Rush is "paying for the fix." That is not my problem! I paid for a working car, not a piece of junk! ​The worst part? My vehicle is just sitting there. I can only imagine the battery and tires will be ruined by the time they finally decide it's fixed. To top off this catastrophic failure of service, I went online, requested contact from the general manager, and have been met with complete and utter silence. ​Rush Elgin clearly puts profit over integrity and customer safety. They sold me a broken car, lied about their inspection process, and are now ignoring my pleas for resolution. DO NOT BUY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A LEMON AND MONTHS OF FRUSTRATION. This entire experience is beyond unacceptable.

I took my truck to Rush Chevrolet after dealing with an ongoing issue since the day I purchased it brand new from Capital Chevrolet. Capital Chevrolet attempted multiple times to fix the problem and kept my truck for months yes, months yet continued to say they could not duplicate the issue. After 14 months of frustration, I finally brought it to Rush Chevrolet, and they were able to diagnose and repair the problem within just a few weeks. Raul, the service manager, provided excellent customer service. He stayed in constant communication with me throughout the entire process and made sure I was informed every step of the way. That level of care and professionalism made a huge difference. At Rush Chevrolet, I felt like a valued customer not just a number. Thank you to Rush Chevrolet for stepping up and delivering the service I should have received from the beginning. You truly helped restore my confidence in Chevrolet. Unfortunately, my experience with Capital Chevrolet was the complete opposite and did not reflect the level of service customers deserve.

This is the second time within a seven-month period I’ve worked with Joseph to purchase a new vehicle. He was with me every step of the way both times to ensure my needs were met while also making sure I got the very best deal I could. He made the process pain-free with his expertise and he’s also just a fun guy to be around! I wouldn’t think twice about making another purchase through him at Rush Chevrolet!
