Cole was incredibly helpful and deserves a 5-star rating. However, I was disappointed that he was the one to contribute his own money to fill up my tank. Additionally, when I visited two days ago, they refused to lower the price over $500. Consequently, I left the store. Fortunately, corporate intervened and reduced the price by $500 two days later. I had two separate trips to Madison.

I had a major issue with my car mid afternoon. I love my Mazda and never had a problem with it, but its 10 years old and has a few miles. I called the service and parts department to see if I could get in. I barely made it there and they got me in between all the other appointments they had. They were so kind and professional. Really thankful they got me out of there just minutes before they closed. Thorough and reassuring and I will be back. Thank you so much!!
