# Summary The dealership earns consistent praise for knowledgeable, professional sales staff who prioritize customer needs without being pushy, with multiple customers highlighting exceptional experiences purchasing new and used Mazdas. However, one customer reported significant frustration with warranty claim handling, product knowledge gaps, and delivery issues that resulted in a strongly negative experience.
Chris was awesome gave me such a great deal. I've been driving luxury for the last twenty years. And traded in my b m w X5 and got the mazda c x 90 premium plus sport 3.3 turbo. This car is packed with fun, space and all the luxury a girl needs. I'm super excited about the third row.
My purchase of a used Mazda SUV from Russ Darrow Metro Mazda was best car buying experience I have ever had. Tim Scott was an outstanding sales representative. He was super professional, knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. Tim quickly pulled the vehicles I wanted to compare and test drive. It did not take me long to decide to buy, the SUV looks brand new, is totally loaded and drives like a dream. I got a great deal and was very comfortable with the entire process. I highly recommend working with Tim Scott at Russ Darrow Metro Mazda.
My husband and I were in this past weekend, and I purchased a new CX-50 that I am absolutely in love with! I wanted to take a moment to recognize Tim, who was our salesperson. He was truly phenomenal from start to finish. He was personable, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure every question we had was answered thoroughly. What stood out most was that he wasn't your typical pushy salesman. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed. Instead, he took the time to listen, educate, and help us feel confident in our decision. Tim is not only great at what he does, but he's also a genuinely kind person who truly cares about his customers. The entire experience was enjoyable, stress free, and honestly one of the best dealership experiences we've had. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Tim. I will happily refer anyone and everyone I know to him!
I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Landen. From the moment I walked onto the lot, he was professional, welcoming, and completely transparent. He took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions with total honesty, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. Landen went above and beyond to make the entire car-buying process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. If you are looking for a salesman who genuinely cares about getting you into the right vehicle rather than just making a quick sale, I highly recommend asking for Landen
I tookdelivery of a new Mazda Miata MX 5 Grand Touring and realized right away that the low profile tires made for a very bumpy ride. I contacted the sales manager and asked that the 17 inch wheels and tires be swapped out for less expensive smaller (16inch) wheels, and higher profile tires. I immediately returned the car to the dealer while this matter was under consideration. The frustration began with the sales team first telling me that the tires on the car were not low profile even though they are. Then, the dealer and Mazda USA claimed that changing the wheels, even to OEM wheels, would void the warranty because it could affect the drivetrain. (The service manager went so far as to claim that “the team came back and said if there is anything other than what came from the factory with the vehicle, the warranty becomes voided.” This is an incredible claim since that would suggest that putting new brakes or replacement tires on a car, for example, would void the warranty. They also fail to acknowledge the fact that the lower cost Miata Sport has the same drivetrain and comes with 16-inch wheels. This is the first and last Mazda I will buy since this is clearly a company and dealer that will find every opportunity not to honor a warranty and a dealer that lies with the assumption that customers won’t know any better. The dealer passed the buck to Mazda and Mazda passed the buck back. There were other irritations including being told by my salesman that I didn’t need a front license plate. I double checked and DO need one unless I want to pay a $200 fine. The salesman also was not well-versed in the car’s systems so the orientation was pretty much useless. When I first arrived and asked to test drive the car, the salesman tried to get me to drive a different model because he didn’t want to go to the trouble of moving the car out of the showroom. And finally, they delivered it to me with a quarter tank of gas. All in all, the experience was very negative. I now understand why this dealer has such low ratings.
