Great Experience at Russ Darrow Waukesha – Huge SUV & Pickup Selection I had a really good experience visiting Russ Darrow Waukesha. They have a big selection of vehicles, including Toyota, Mitsubishi, Honda, Dodge, Jeep, and many more. I saw a lot of SUVs and several pickup trucks on the lot, all clean and well-organized. If you’re looking for an SUV, a pickup truck, or a reliable sedan, they have plenty of options to choose from. The dealership area is very clean and easy to navigate. I liked how everything is clearly marked, from the sales lot to the collision repair center and parts department. They even have drive-thru estimates at the collision center, which is really convenient. The staff were friendly, respectful, and helpful throughout the visit. Overall, if you’re shopping for a Toyota, Mitsubishi, SUV, pickup truck, or need service/parts, Russ Darrow Waukesha is a great place to check out. Big inventory, professional service, and a good atmosphere.

I felt and still feel I was handled with integrity and honesty. The information that I was given before and after the sale was comprehensive and tailored to my needs. All my questions were handled. I had an opportunity to see and interact with some service people left with a positive feeling. The financial part was fast and accurate. In all, I'd by again.

Would give zero stars if I could! Bought a van from them over thanksgiving while we were in town from out of state. Actual buying process took forever, which I know can happen but when the sales person tells you an hour top and then you spend 5 hours there the next day because they spelled your last name wrong, and put the wrong phone number in the paper work so the finance guy had to redo the whole thing was annoying given that we were visiting family. That part was annoying but not even why I felt compelled to write a review. The finance guy Rob said he would get it registered for us in our state, but took longer than it should have so we got a $50 late registration fee. Told Rob, who said he would reimburse us the $50. That was 2 months ago, and now he’s ghosting me and won’t return and phone calls or texts. Best thing we did was buy the warranty. Had this van for only 6 months and are on our 2nd time using it. First time a month after we got it we had fuel leaking on our engine and were told by the autobody shop in town who fixed it that we were lucky our car didn’t start on fire! Back camera stopped working shortly after that, along with our bright lights and the volume button on the steering wheel. This weekend a turtle light came on along with the check engine light and the van died while we were driving home. The dealership we had it towed to in town said it was completely out of coolant and things were zip tied together, making it clear someone at some point didn’t know what they were doing when they were fixing something at some point. I may have to update this review when I hear back from the dealership who is fixing it to see what all is wrong. How Russ Darrow sold us a van that was zip tied is beyond me! They had to have known that when doing an inspection. Unless they did the zip tying themselves, which at this point, I wouldn’t doubt. Will never go back there again!

Pearl was amazing, can't say enough! She was very informative and made sure the things we had questions about were answered with great detail. She went with us when we took a vehicle for a test drive and she didn't limit my tests i had for the car. No pressure and really a down-to-earth gal. Jesse the sales manager was real and straightforward. He helped finalize everything for our purchase, and was patient and understanding of our time limit. I will definitely be recommending people here and to Pearl! I don't think we would've made the purchase without her!

Great prices for cars. I was able to get my first new car for under $20k. Mike was very helpful and patient with the whole process and gave me and my mom lots of advice on what to do.
