Greatest car buying experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I live in Dallas and was recommended Russell Brothers and checked out their inventory. Found what I needed at a great price and being a used car they had gone through and fixed it up before putting it up for sale. From start to finish their kindness and professionalism never changed and I’ve never felt better about an auto purchase in my 37 years. Highly recommend!

Robby and his front desk clientele were very helpful and nice! The pricing on the vehicle I bought from him was perfect! The condition of the car was well kept and up to date maintenance and parts. I bought it with no radio, and with no hassle he scheduled me in to install it as soon as It came in! I was in and out in about an hour! Great customer service! Wouldn’t mind doing business here again!

My family and I have purchased multiple cars throughout the years and have always been treated like family!! We pretty much know everyone down by name now and Russel Brothers is always our go to for cars. They are incredibly honest and just plain wonderful people. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I waited a few years to write this review. I was asked by the owner not to write this review. I bought a Honda there in 2019, this Honda had a hole in the radiator, the engine had to be fixed, can't go into all the details, but I had to take the engine apart and a place parts inside of the engine. Russell Brothers didn't tell me the condition the car was in when selling it to me. They repo the car while I was trying to use all my time and money to fix the car. I ended up filing a complaint with state of Texas against this dealership. The owner of Russell Brothers pretty much wouldn't let me get my military stuff out of the Repo car unless I sign the documents that they forgot to have me sign that listed all the problems of the vehicle. Look, all the reviews on this company are from workers and family members, don't waste your time and money here, just go down the street to the big dealerships with honest, professional and trustworthy people working there. Also, Russell Brothers don't call me asking to take this review down, I'm leaving it up here so others can have real opinion and a honest review. I think the best thing Russell could of done is refund me the money I spent with them and on that car. If they would of done that, this review wouldn't exist.
