Had a wiper blade crisis and went here to get winter blades. Was met with a wiper blade scientist who patiently answered my questions and passed on many pointers and facts, to my delight. Then proceeded to INSTALL THE BLADES FOR US!! This might not seem like a big deal, but it's these out-of-the-blue little events that make the world a better place. Thanks so much, Chris!!
My first Russell Toyota purchase was a Tacoma over 20 years ago. We just picked up a new 4Runner for our grocery getter/camping/towing atvs and general awesome run around machine. (Aka future ATR recovery vehicle 😜) This time around was just as easy and pleasurable as it was all those years ago. Always happy to add to our Toyota fleet!
