This is the fourth new vehicle our family has purchased from Rusty Drewing because the service after the sale is just as customer oriented as the first contact with a salesperson! Their Service department has always treated us top notch and worked with us to schedule whatever service we needed on vehicles. I initially contacted a salesman that no longer worked at Rusty Drewing. Instead of just ignoring my text he put me in contact with a salesman he recommended. Donnie Mehmert pulled the keys for the 3 vehicles I had reviewed on their website, rode with me to explain the benefits and how each of the vehicles operated and then helped me drive home in “Ruby” the red RAV4 that was the best fit for me. Jeff did a great job finalizing paperwork and even cut us a great deal on an extended warranty that will be a great benefit as we add miles to Ruby.
