I've bought 3 vehicles from Ryan's and this is my 2nd brand new lease vehicle. I wouldn't think of purchasing a vehicle from anywhere else. Bought a van from this dealership and ultimately sold it a few months later. However that’s not why this is a 1 star review. We purchased an extended warranty with the van, and when we sold it we needed the dealership to cancel the plan. We spoke to Blake the finance manager and he assured us, in writing, that he had reached out to the warranty company to cancel our plan. We would have done it ourselves but it had to be done via the dealership. Fast forward two months and we reached out to Blake several times and didn’t receive a response. He told us it normally took 6-8 weeks to receive the check and we had to be patient. After two months went by we reached out to the warranty company directly and they said the warranty was still active and that no one from the dealership had reached out to cancel. Blake lied to us all while reassuring us that he had done what he said he had done. If we hadn’t called the warranty company we would be still under the impression the check was coming, when in reality it wasn’t. We’ve called the dealership now multiple times and are just sent to different voicemails or are told by the person answering the call “I don’t normally work at this location, I don’t know who you should talk to”. Think twice about using this dealership for your vehicle needs. This is a mess and as of today still hasn’t been rectified.

I purchased a used vehicle from Ryan Auto Mall with higher miles that was sold as-is. Todd was great to work with during the purchasing process—he was helpful, straightforward, and made the buying experience easy. Within about two weeks of purchase, the transmission started acting up. Since I live over an hour away, repairing the vehicle at Ryan Auto Mall wasn’t very practical, so I took it to a different dealership for diagnosis and repair. The situation was frustrating, especially so soon after purchase, but John worked with me afterward and did what he could to help make it right, which I appreciate. Buying an as-is, higher-mileage vehicle always carries some risk, but I do want to recognize Todd for a positive buying experience and John for stepping in when an issue came up.
