I want to say a big thank you to Stevn Holten and Brandon Barth. For working with me and understanding me on how I wanted my car experience to go. They did a wonderful job finding me the right car and the right price! I had a great time and will be back for all my needs with my new vehicle! I love my new Jeep Compass. You guys where the best!

I recently brought a 2006 dodge charger daytona rt Go-Man-Go with very low miles and in really good mint condition. I stay in Ohio but the dealership allowed to to have a pre vehicle inspection done from an independent shop of my choice with no hesitation. We got off on wrong foot for a sec because I thought they were going to sale my car to someone else after I had agreed to give a down-payment to place car on hold but we had worked 💪 to get passed that and they did make an good effort to improve their service afterwards. I have been thinking about looking for this particular car for a couple of years now. I use to own one about 20 years ago and felt I should have never sold it. This dealership had one and priced it very well against others of the same car with similar conditions across the country. There was a small hiccup with the delivery but they were on top it and made sure I was taken care of. I love the weather mats as well. Thank you guys including Nate for keeping your word and following through till the end. 🙌 🙏

I bought my Ram from Ryan Auto Mall in Monticello about one year ago. Nate Wallin was my salesman and he was top notch! Actually, everyone involved in the process was top notch. I have bought my fair share of vehicles from other dealerships, and this was my best experience by far. They gave me a great price for my trade in, and sold me my Ram for a great price! I 100% recommend them, and if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

I had the pleasure of working with Nate through the entire process of leasing a vehicle, from answering questions via email to meeting in person. It took me only about two hours from the application process to getting set up in my new vehicle. I just wish they had given me more for my trade-in, but overall, it was a smooth process.

I am aware that years ago I gave Ryan Auto Mall a great review. I remove that review. My son bought a used ram not knowing it had a bad motor and they won't help. More info to come. Just feel it is my duty to inform anyone planning to buy from them "DON'T "!!!! ----' Just as I thought. Got what appears to be an AI reply stating that I could reach out to them. My son did. They offered a used motor for 7 thousand with more miles than he bought it with. Don't know how the rest of you feel but to me it doesn't sound like they care about their customers. Leave it up for all of you to decide. ---- Last edit to the review. My son didn't get what he was deserved from a company that states that they care. Instead he was told that they would put in a reman engine that would put him $10,000 over what the truck is worth and that they feel he should have them put it in by their experts. I have been a technician for over 40 years with over a half a dozen certifications and worked for 3 dealerships. All took oil samples before they would sell the vehicle. This one wasn't. The repair shop that diagnosed it and knowing with my experience and knowledge , the issue was there at the time of the sale. So with my help we will go into the rears on a vehicle that should have been completely gone through before the sale as they advertise.
