We met our salesman Jeremy at the lot as we were looking at a vehicle. He was not pushy in the least and answered all of our questions. He quickly got the keys and showed us all features before offering to take us on a test drive. He took our offer to David the sales manager who was more than willing to listen to our price offer and trade in. After we settled he took us to Nicole who got us a GREAT interest rate and clearly explained the pricing, financing and all offers. My wife and I are super happy with the ease of the whole buying experience. If anyone deserves a raise it is our salesmen Jeremy! Ryan Chevrolet knocked it out of the park! As I shopped other dealerships in the state to find exactly what I wanted, I found over zealous (text 3x a day) sales persons or unenthused sales teams (not answering texts or call.) The sales managers that only seen $$$ and kept de-valuing my trade in. Unwilling to work with me unless they were getting exactly what THEY wanted. I tried Devils Lake, two stores in Bismarck and Williston. Relationship building is such an important part of a returning clientele base and none of those dealerships even tried. Ryan Chevrolet helped me find what I was looking for, when it wasn’t exactly what I wanted, they footed the bill to add on an accessory I was looking for, they even met me way closer to my trade value. I spent weeks shopping with the other places. With Ryan, I was in my new vehicle in under 2 hours and was confident with my purchase. Don’t waste your time like I did, Ryan family dealerships should be your first stop! From each department, Heather, Drew, Shane, Alex and Nicole all made the team effort to make me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about my purchase-will definitely be a returning customer!

Had an “appointment” for Saturday at 9am. Dropped my truck off the night before so it was there ready to be worked on. (Oil change and truck had a slight shake at high speeds) they didn’t look at my truck till noon. Sent me a message at 3pm saying it needed tires and an alignment but they wouldn’t be able to complete that until Monday. I asked that the work be completed by close of business. I came to pick up my truck at 5pm. Oil change and tires done but no alignment. I was told I could come in later that week to finish alignment. When I questioned why it takes all day for an oil change, 4 tires and an alignment I was told they had previous work to finish and my appointment time is not an appointment time. It is a drop off time. I was also handed a free oil change voucher when I bought the vehicle which they said was not a free oil change. It was just a piece of paper explaining my first service. They did however give me a free oil change, but it seems like sales and service don’t communicate these things. I decided to get my alignment done somewhere else so I didn’t have to sit at a dealership. I went to my mechanic Monday morning and would you believe it if I told you I didn’t even need an alignment. They tested it and it was well within range. Not only was the dealership going to charge me $250 for this, I was going to have to sit at the dealership while they did it with no timeframe of when it would be done. Never mind the fact the mechanic only charges $119. Although I still had to pay $70 to be told that there is no issue with my alignment, I’m glad I didn’t fork up $250. All of this being said the lady at the front was quick to de-escalate the situation. I definitely came in a little heated because my truck had been there all day for a job that doesn’t take multiple days to complete. It seems they have an issue with over scheduling and the costumer can just figure out how to work around it. Other than warranty/recall issues I would say, save your time and go elsewhere.

Easiest car buying experience ever. Live 100 miles out had the car ready to go when I pulled in, had keys and was in my way with a new car in no time at all :)
