I was in need of a trade-in but not sure what to do. I met with Ann Mondry and she asked my likes and dislikes for a future vehicle. She took me on a test drive and discussed its many features and asked about my thoughts, which I appreciated. The trade-in process was smooth and easy. Within 48 hours, I was driving away in a brand new 2026 GMC Terrain at4!!!! I am so happy to be in a brand new, safe, smooth ride and that Ann is at my side if I have any future questions or concerns with all the convenient electronic features at my fingertips!! I’ll give them 2 stars because the gentleman who helped me with purchasing my vehicle was very courteous and they were very quick about getting my repairs scheduled. Zero stars for the vehicle and repairs. Less than 3 months into ownership and it was already having major problems. I was given one price on the phone and the price upon pick-up was $300 more. Another sensor went out a few weeks later. Definitely a lemon. Not saying all their vehicles are bad but definitely do your own thorough inspection and check for engine codes before buying.
