I have nothing negative to say about my experience with this dealership. I initially called on the phone to schedule a test drive and Julian in sales was nice enough to come pick me up to do the test drive, walk around, and go over the paperwork. He was very personable while still very professional. As this was my first time buying from an actual dealership he was very helpful at explaining the process in an engaging and understandable way. The actual building was very neat and the lot had lots of great looking vehicles to choose from. Even a complimentary water or coffee area when going over the paperwork.

I had a super great experience buying my ‘21 Toyota RAV4 with Bryce! He was very helpful and answered all our questions. He has excellent customer service, even reach out a month after my purchase to make sure I was satisfied with my car! Bryce made our buying experience simple and easy. I can not recommend Bryce enough! Love love love my new car and I always have peace of mind knowing I can reach out to Bryce at any time if I have any questions!! Just purchased my 2026 Tacoma and had a fantastic experience with Julian! He was incredibly informative and amazing throughout the whole process, as was the rest of the sales team. Had a great experience with Rydell Toyota in Grand Forks. Went in to test drive a 2026 Toyota Sienna without any plans to purchase that day but the sales team offered a price that I ultimately couldn't refuse. After giving me the price sheet, they gave me room to think about it all day before calling them to make the purchase. Straight forward process with their best foot forward from the beginning. It was an easy transaction.

Christopher was exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout the purchasing process. I live in TX and they were able to give me a great purchase experience. This being my first car him and Casper were able to find solutions and assist with issues as they came up. They are quick on their feet and make problems into solutions and leave you happy. Will be recommending to those I can. Christopher is the man you should look for when going to this location or calling in!
