My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles here for many years and the level of service has always been excellent. During my most recent appointment, I was alerted to a few issues that needed attention. While nobody likes to hear that additional work is needed, I really appreciated that the technician took the time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle. Once the work was complete, Neal walked me through everything that had been done and answered a question I had without rushing. Customer service at S&B has always been excellent. Many thanks to Neal and the entire service team for consistently going the extra mile!

S&B provides the best service! When we took our truck in to be fixed they communicated clearly what needed to be done. The service department has polite and friendly staff ! The staff at S&B Keswick were amazing! I had a break down and I was on vacation. With no availability the same day for an appointment they worked around their schedule got me in the shop and back on the road the same day. Thank you for helping me out in the worst of time. Strongly recommend dealing with these people!!

I had your staff switch my winter tires with my summer tires yesterday. As you can see, by my address, I do not live very far from your location. On the short drive home a notification appeared on my dash indicating that the pressure in my left rear tire is higher than the matching pressure in the other tires. Ordinarily one would press the valve and lower the pressure, but since this occurred during your installation of the summer tires, I will be bringing the car back this afternoon for the adjustment, just in case there is an unforeseen malfunction. I had a commitment or I would have returned yesterday. Outside of this event, your service has been excellent. Maggie Ross.
